Charlita Varner is the Pastry Chef and owner of Buttersweet Bakery and Charlita's Cakes, an entity of Buttersweet Bakery and an elegant line of customized wedding and specialty cakes. Buttersweet creates sweets for corporations and individuals. Their delights range from traditional to modern. Pastry Chef, Charlita began baking at age 8. Her childhood Easy-Bake oven ignited her interest in cooking. What started in girlhood as a playtime diversion is now paying off professionally for Pastry Chef Charlita.
