You can order these uniquely different cookies/brownies from our website. They will be shipped as soon as possible with care to assure maximum freshness upon receipt. If you would like to specify a particular shipping date for events such as birthdays or anniversaries, please feel free to do so. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Freshness Guarantee:

Our products contain no added freshness-preservatives. We us an air service for deliveries to the states west of the Mississippi, the northeast and that state of Florida. Upon receipt refrigerate or freeze for future use.

Delivery Methods:

Each Buttersweet Bakery gift is shipped separately and carefully packaged to ensure perfect arrival. Please check all of your addresses carefully. We can not extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. Delivery dates may be impacted by extreme weather conditions. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in selecting gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
